Sponsorship & Contributions

The VPPPA Board of Directors of Region II & III is currently seeking sponsors for our annual conference. The 202 Conference will be held May 19 - 23, 2025, at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA. This year we have set up a sponsorship tier structure from Bronze to Diamond:

Listed opportunities will be made as a cash donation.

Monetary Donations (Any Amount):

• General Contributor/Sponsor

• Scholarship Fund

• Region II AED Fund

In-Kind Contributions [Any Amount; Specify Exact Item(s) in Notes Section of Form]:

• Attendee Gifts

• Drawing Prizes

• Other

Advertisements:

• VPPPA Region III Conference App $250.00

• VPPPA Region II & III Websites $400.00

There are additional opportunities under Other Sponsorship Opportunities (below) to donate merchandise for the conference bag or giveaways. (You may place your company logo on donated merchandise.)

Donation amounts fall into the below recognition categories:

Bronze-Level Sponsor ($100 - $999)

• Listed as a contributor in the Conference App.

• Recognition at the Opening General Session.

• Listed as a sponsor in all promotional publications.

Silver-Level Sponsor ($1,000 - $2,499)

Bronze Level of Recognition plus:

• Listed as a Sponsor on the VPPPA Region II & III VPPPA Websites.

• Displayed at Conference with Company Ad/Logo.

• VPPPA Region ii & III VPPPA Websites will feature a link to your site.

Gold-Level Sponsorship ($2,500 - $4,999)

Bronze and Silver Level of Recognition plus:

• ONE complimentary conference registration

  • OR

• Exhibitor would get a Standard Booth with ONE attendee.

Diamond-Level Sponsorship ($5,000 plus)

All above Levels of Recognition plus:

• One reserved table at all General Sessions.

• SECOND complimentary conference registration.

  • OR

• Exhibitor would get a premium both with TWO attendees.
